Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- driving and implementing business strategies to build the categories for the Company;
- formulating & implementing category plan, promotion campaigns and product strategy;
- monitoring the categories performance in order to meet the Company’s sales & margin budget of the categories;
- working with suppliers on new product/service developments;
- vendor management;
- conduct market researches, carry out feasibility studies, analysis for potential opportunities.
Requirements:
- possess a degree in Marketing / Business / related discipline;
- minimum 6 years’ experience in related retail sectors with minimum 3 years managerial role;
- be a team player with strong market, retailing, business sense and customer driven;
- excellent communication, supervisory, project management and negotiation skills;
- be fluent in English and Chinese.
