Requirements:

• Education:  Bachelor degree in Electronic Eng., Production Process Automation or other Technical engineering fields.
• Experience: 3 years in production of electronic products or production quality control.
• Working location: Shenzhen Factory and Hong Kong office
• Languages: Good command of both English and Chinese. Good Putonghua is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, be able to independently prepare and execute presentations, reports, graphs, charts, spreadsheets, etc.
• Good knowledge to understand electronic, mechanical, firmware and any technical documents
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and inter-personal skills.

Responsibilities:

1.          Implement new Product Assembly Procedures (PAP) during Pilot Production
2.          Production staff training (including staff at Vendor’s sites) and staff qualification process
3.          Perform periodic evaluation of the efficiency of the Production Process
4.          Evaluation of quality improvements/cost reduction projects and opportunities
5.          Assist R&D engineering Teams in building/validation production tools or fixtures
6.          Audit the periodic maintenance and traceability of the production tools
7.          Audit the maintenance record and documentation of the production tools
8.          Perform audits of installed production software and computer system time accuracy
9.          Perform periodic audits of the production process and report PAP violations
10.        Audit the materials used for production and report BOM discrepancies
11.        Identify and initiate projects for Production Process Improvements
12.        Assist Engineering and PE in the implementation of production automation
13.        Review and analyze the daily production quality reports
14.        Review and Implement IQC acceptance criteria for critical components
15.        Audit the integrity of the IQC procedure for acceptance of critical components
16.        Assist PE during new Vendor evaluation activities

17.       Report monthly summary of production sustaining activities (cost reduction, quality, failures)

18.       Perform product test and validation.

19, Prepare engineering documents, BOM, PAP…,etc

20. Handle any other relevant responsibilities and/or functions as assigned from time to time
