Responsibilities: 

• Responsible to maintenance and repair services in several estates, including CCTV / ELV, 
• CABD, Security and Lighting Control system
• Testing and commissioning of system 

1. 悉保安系統、閉路電視、公共天線及弱電系統等維修或安裝工作
2. 負責監控保安系統、閉路電視、公共天線及弱電系統(ELV Systems)等工程進度和工作質量
3. 責監控弱電系統安裝，穿線放線，控制箱接線，系統測試
4. 安排例行檢查
5. 處理緊急事故及相關查詢  

• 6天工作、十天有薪年假

The post of Project Engineer to Project Manager (ELV)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct research on ELV systems and develop innovative solution to meet customers’ technical and business needs.
• Undertake CCTV system, broadcase system, TETRA radio system, access control system and / or traffic control and Surveillance system (TCSS) and other ELV system design.
• Preparation of investigation report, design reports, technical specifications, tender evaluation reports and other deliverables;
• Coordinate the execution of projects with team members and professionals from other disciplines
• Liaise with clients, business partners, contractors and other stakeholders.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering, or equivalent;
• 3 to 6 years' relevant experience in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, in particular CCTV system, PA system, TETRA Radio system, and Access Control system.  Experience in Traffic Control & Surveillance system (TCSS) will be an advantage;
• Detail-oriented, well organized with strong analytical capability;
• Proactive, adaptable, self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with team members, clients and business partners.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
