Job Description
DNA Recruit Partners is partnering with a HK listed conglomerate group, their APAC HQ office is seeking for a Purchasing Manager (HK Listed Conglomerate group | F&B focus | Sourcing & Buying ) to join their expanding dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase of food & beverage product line, packing materials for all the point of sales
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate for best price and service, coordinating and leveraging in the market place for the procurement of goods
- Evaluate and monitor suppliers’ performance to ensure the product’s quality
- Prepare and analyse data analysis for various teams and provide recommendations to enhance supply chain competitiveness
- Training new team members
Requirements:
- Degree holder or tertiary educational background equivalence
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably purchasing experience in FMCG / food items
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
- Strong knowledge in Hong Kong F&B market and strong business networking with reputable food suppliers
- Strong analytical skill and commercial acumen; well-developed communication and negotiation ability
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Assistant Manager
