Job Descriptions:

• Assist with execution of marketing plan and seasonal new product launch
• Prepare various report including daily sales and promotion reports, inventory report, coupon management report
• Work with design team in the production of POP, VM product packaging and other related promotion materials
• Liaise with printing suppliers
• Responsible for coordinating and delivering marketing and communication materials
• Work with R&D Department for TCM’s copywriting  
• Assist in B2B, e-commerce and social media management
• Carry out marketing administrative tasks and conduct market research
• Undertake the ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or advanced diploma in Marketing Management or related discipline
• At least 2 years experiences in marketing or related field is highly preferred, preferably in retail/F&B/health-related/NGO industry
• Multi-tasking, independent with good initiatives, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and be a good team player
• Flexible, self-motivated, mature and detail-minded
• Humble and willing to learn TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine)
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Conscious of environment protection, sustainable development and social responsibility
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as senior position
