You will help 

• Lead the design and deliver of high-quality web services in both front-end and back-end, from small to complex scope
• Manage the agile development team in Sprint, work closely with PO to evaluate and align on prod. technical feasibility, extendibility, and service scalability
• Identify technical strategy and lead the technical architecture design for each functional area with API and micro-services structure
• Lead the full system and web-app development lifecycle across define, design, development, implementation and improvement
• Be the critical member to grow the team and to assist the company in providing extensive experience in deploying digital projects through various leading technology and innovations
• Directly impact the success of new product and build true user value

The Person

As a successful candidate, we believe you have

• Minimal 4-5 years digital/online product tech lead position with proven record on scalable system architecture design
• Prior experience in payment, fintech, or eCommerce platform is a strong plus
• Hands-on back-end system / API development skill with experience to guide other developers
• Proven experience with agile / scrum methodologies
• Fluent in both Cantonese & Mandarin
• Self-motivated, passionate, responsible with can-do attitude
