Responsibilities:

The role will be covering IT control and daily system operations activities (infrastructure, operations and applications); you will be acting as the 1^st line customer facing point for non-DxC scope support; and coordinate with end users, services providers (e.g. DxC) , internal local teams and Global HQ teams, etc. 

• To perform IT control and compliance related activities to ensure IT compliance activities are well managed, including:

• domain and applications user accounts management
• security review including monthly server room access log, security patches, Antivirus status, Security vulnerability report and daily server backup log, etc.
• server/PC disks sanitization validation and control
• regular application security matrix and role base review for the business entities
• managing software licenses
• IT audit activities (e.g. Internal and external audits)
• conducting eSOX and other control and compliance testing and review per UTC requirements and timeline
• reviewing IT processes and identify standard work and improve the work efficiency

• To provide application related support including:
  • managing local applications user account creation, update and termination
  • managing security settings for portals and Document Management System
  • managing Multi-Functional Device user profiles and color quota
• To provide support to IT projects related support whenever necessary
• To act as the 1st level customer facing role to resolve customers’ enquiry, to provide hands-on support
• To regular review outstanding aging calls and react / escalate when necessary
• To provide end user trainings for IT operation procedures
• To coordinate with end users and service providers, to follow up with the service providers to ensure timely delivery of service requests 

Requirements:

• 1-3 years’ experience on IT administration or support. Understanding on general IT scope like MS windows server, DR, security, network, etc. are essential
• Experience on managing information systems including hardware, software, network, security and IT controls
• Knowledge on MS windows, MS office and iPhone
• Good communication skills and good analytical skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and independent 
• Good command of English, Putonghua is a plus
• Occasional travel to Macau is required
• Candidate with less experience will be offered the position "IT Administrator", whereas candidate with more experience wil be offered the postition "IT Officer"
