Our client is a Technology-Enabled Startup backed by one of the biggest financial services providers in the world.  The Chief Disruption Officer will be responsible for disrupting the exiting business model of the industry and pivoting toward the next generation that has not existed in the current market place.

Requirements

• Degree holder in relevant discipline
• Experienced in disrupting existing business model or industry through customer-centric innovations and iterations of Minimal Viable Products
• Experience as serial entrepreneur from technology startups 
• Experienced building and leading a team of innovative change agents
• Practical understanding and experience in agile methodology/design thinking/lean innovation
• Visionary and pragmatic leader with strong entrepreneurial, influencing, and communication skills
• Passionate to make a meaningful difference in the world 
• Fluent spoken and written English
