Responsibilities:

• Overall project management from initiation, planning, design, development to roll-out
• To co-ordinate with the clients, vendors and internal parties
• Preparing project documentations such as schedule, checklist, report, proposal and PowerPoint etc
• Lead the pitching, project schedule, client requirement interview and expectation, provide efficient solutions, task allocation, progress reporting meeting
• Responsible for feasibility study, flow, wireframe, information architecture, UAT plan, development, testing and refinement
• Quality control, gate-keep, and monitor production process of deliverables to ensure client requirements are met
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers to foster client loyalty

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or Digital-related discipline
• PMP or relevant certification would be an advantage
• 3 years of relevant working experience in digital agency or IT industry
• Good knowledge on common web development language, technologies, SEM, SEO and web analytics
• Proficient language skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent command of written English would be an advantage
• A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, able to handle multiple tasks under pressure independently
• Atrong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, attention to details and a positive attitude
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Executive
