Your Role and Responsibilities

• Lead IBM Security sales activities, including the management of whole sales process
• Lead and determine the short and mid-term business activities, managing the whole sales process in smooth cooperation with IBM BP/ISVs
• Generate and strengthen our accounts coverage and work with extended teams to sell IBM Security portfolio in HK
• Manage the sales initiatives and achieve sales success
• Work closely with presales team to provide solution with client values
• Establish a sustainable business relation with key customers.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Bachelor's Degree
• Around 5-10 years of experience in cybersecurity/cloud security/data protection
• A sales-driven person with demonstrated competence in sales
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong customer-centric focus and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work and as part of an international team
• Result-oriented performer with the motivation and skills to drive success
• Fluent English required. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage
