System Analyst

Job Highlights                                                                              

• Degree in Computer Studies or Information System or other related disciplines;
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Business Analyst;
• Knowledge in Group Insurance is an advantage.

Job Description

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare feasibility study, gap and impact analysis;
• Gather and study business requirements;
• Prepare system design and documentations;
• Work with development team to delivery system enhancements;
• Prepare test cases and conduct system tests;
• Coordinate User Acceptance Test and system implementation;
• Take ownership of project issues;
• Engage the appropriate resources to reach solutions;
• Provide production support to operations team.

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Computer Studies, Information System or other related disciplines;
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Business Analyst;
• Strong organizational skills and attentive to details;
• Knowledge in SQL is an advantage;
• Strong analytical, problem solving skill and work independently;
• Work independently and able to multi-tasks;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
