Job Description
Job responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk support and technical services to end users
- Perform configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance of hardware and software
- Perform routine data backup and IT inventory update
Job requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder in Computing or related disciplines
- Understanding of LAN / WAN, TCP/IP networking, DNS, VPN, firewall router and switch
- Holder of MCSE will be an advantage
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
