Responsibilities:

• Evaluate system performance and resolve errors when necessary
• Enhance current application systems and develop new systems
• Responsible for system documentation preparation, performance testing and user training
• Generate ad-hoc reports based on service calls
• Responsible for any ad-hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Fresh Graduate is also welcome
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in system and support is an advantage
• Proficient in 4GL languages with Progress 4GL knowledge is preferred
• With Linux and Database administration knowledge will have definitely advantage
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• PRC travel may be occasional required 
  
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Analyst Programmer
