Responsibilities:

• Setup, integration and configuration of servers, operating system (Windows) including Active Directory,RHEL and VMware;
• 1st line support for project warranty to customer;
• Perform network maintenance includes Huawei Switch, Juniper SRX Firewall,H3C switch,F5 load balancer, etc;
• Perform system upgrade, administration, and documentation update;
• Work closely with peers and IT vendors in providing daily supports and monthly report to end-users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines, holder of MCSE / MCP / CCNP/ CCNA preferred;
• At least 4 years relevant experience in system administration and end user support;
• Experience in Windows platform, AD , Cisco/Huawei router and switch, VMware and Veeam/NBU backup;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese;
• Able to response at none office hour when there’s accident happen on customer’s IT/Network platform.
