Responsibilities:

Contract to a government department to support the network and security infrastructure.

• Support the existing network and security infrastructure;
• Monitor vendors in designing the network and security infrastructure of the new building in Kai Tak development area;
• Provide technical advice to the management in acquirement suitable products to implement the above project;
• Coordinate with users and other project teams for implementation of the project;
• Need to take up on-call duty; and 
• Occasionally need to work after office hours including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 6 years of IT working experience;
• Minimum 2 years experiences as technical lead or similar capacity;
• Solid experiences in networking, system, data center setup and relocation;
• Knowledge of IT security policy and guideline adopted in the HKSAR Government;
• Preference would be given to holder of Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and/or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA);
• Knowledge in virtual networking, software-defined network (SDN), high bandwidth wide area network and cloud technologies preferred;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
