Our client is a reputable insurance company which provides various insurance products and services to both individuals and corporations. They are now hiring a Director for Distribution Compliance division.

Your new role

As a director of distribution compliance, you will be responsible for providing compliance support by monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of the Control Monitoring Framework of different distribution channels. You will oversee and advise on the compliance of company’s business initiatives. You will also need to ensure all the distribution operations are complied with the relevant compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Holder of University degree / professional qualification in relevant disciplines
• Possesses 10+ years of relevant experience working in insurance/financial services industry
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirement  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
