Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Greeting guests and general reception duties.
  • Handling phone calls, courier & mailing services, meal & office supplies ordering, office equipment maintenance, other admin. duties.
  • Provide support to Administrative works.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above.
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, can communicate in both English and Putonghua is preferable.
  • Detail-minded, patient, good time management, be punctual and able to handle multi-tasks independently.
  • High sense of responsibility and self-motivated.
  • Good telephone manner,  communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient PC skill of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
