Responsibilities 

• Monitor the product return trend, inventory level, and refurbishment process
• Handle channel DOA checking & accessory product return submission
• Daily HHP product refurbishment management
• Arrange bidding and sales with different vendors
• Manage the material order and parts code checking
• Achieve KPI from different aspect

Requirements

• University graduate with minimum 5 years' working experience in customer services operations or related
• Solid experience and knowledge in services operations, preferable in consumer electronics industry
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Immediately available is highly preferred

**Candidate with less experience will be considered as supervisor / officer**
