Job Requirements:

-          Diploma in Computer Studies or above

-          At least 1 year helpdesk experience

-          Good knowledge in Windows 98, 2000, XP, ME, Outlook, and Window NT 4.0 / 2000 / 2003 and MAC

-          Good attitude and polite

-          Good in English is preferable

-          Location included:  Central, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kwun Tong and Quarry Bay

Job duties

-          Responsible for the 1^st and 2nd tier helpdesk support via include email, telephone and deskside support

-          Solve IT problem for the users
