We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager with superior communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team. The candidate is responsible for overseeing the sale of products from beginning to end. This individual is the direct point of contact with a customer and in charge of ensuring a customer’s needs and expectations are met. The candidate should know their product and service inside and out and guide their customers through the purchase process efficiently and satisfactorily. 

JOBS AND DUTIES:

•  To handle customer requests for quotations and orders.
• To build and maintain good relationships with customers.
•  Supervise regional sales department, sales executives and junior employees.
•  Serves existing customers by optimizing current purchase plan.
•  To arrange & prepare jewelry sample line for local and overseas meetings with customers.
•  Overseas trips for sales meetings & to attend jewellery exhibitions.
•  To find sales leads through business directories, visiting clients, and cold calling.
•  Maintains monthly or bi-monthly minimum goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•  Tertiary education or above.
•  Min. 5 years relevant experience.
•  Highly familiar with USA market, Europe market, or Middle-East market.
•  Confident, ambitious, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.
•  Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
•  Ability to meet deadlines and financial goal minimums.
•  Patience to deal with customer issues and calls.
•  Overseas business trip travels to USA or Europe is required.
•  Experience in living overseas is an advantage.
•  Driver license holder is required.
•  Proficiency in spoken and written English.
•  Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Sales Executive.
