Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and source solutions from concept through to production sampling.
• Collaborate with design and project management teams identifying technical solutions.
• Will be required to be part delivering total customer service experience and ensuring the customer expectation are served.
• Monitor and actively participate in planning multiple fast moving production.
• Participate in the fabric quality control/assurance during the concept and development stage outlining needs.
• Should be able to participate in the development of product marketing activities and strategic implementation plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experiences in similar role within garment, trim and accessories manufacturing field.
• Familiar with Hard-line items or sundries.
• Knowledge of material sourcing will be an advantage
• Ability to organize, communicate with oversea colleagues and follow up sample development.
• Strong motivation, willing to take initiatives, and strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications
• Good command of English & Mandarin
• Aggressive, willing to work under pressure and looking for job challenge
