We’re looking for a highly motivated talent to join our Premium subscription team to drive subscription conversion efforts in the region. As a key member of the team, your mission will be to drive Premium subscription strategies and execute subscription conversion plan for priority markets with the goal of driving subscriber growth and retention. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, thinks strategically, is intellectually curious, and thrives in an undefined environment. The Job

• Drive idea generation and lead execution for the subscription conversion plans, A/B-tests, price promotions, local landing pages and upgrade flow optimizations, etc.
• Work closely with UX team and data analysts to create compelling marketing assets and other internal parties on the plan execution such as web and performance marketing
• Drive research and insights for Premium enhancements in the region; Collect and analyze data on marketing asset performance for insights about conversion improvement opportunities
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, Marketing, PR, Content Acquisition and Product to ensure maximization of retention and growth opportunities across all the business levers
• Drive insights, recommendations and action plans from qualitative market trends, consumer feedback and large data sets

The Person

• Holder of bachelor degree with 5-7 years relevant experience in an analytical environment, of which at least 3 should be in performance driven online consumer business, e.g. e-commerce, online media or mobile start-up
• Hands on experience of subscription conversion campaigns across digital subscription platforms; knowledge of BI tools is definitely an advantage.
• Self-motivated,independent, able to work effectively with other team members in different regions/offices
• Candidate with less experience might be considered for the post of Assistant Manager
