Responsibilities

• Supervise day to day activities in Customer Service,   
• Ensure Digital team are achieving desired service levels and providing regular performance feedback
• Assess service level statistics and prepared detailed reports on finding
• Develop and update SOPs and work instructions as on-going basis
• Implement effective customer service procedures, policies and standards
• Enhance customer service experience of web-based consumers
• Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a daily basis; Must be present and deeply engaged within the department
• Keep accurate logs of department expenses and customer accommodations

Requirements

• Degree holder in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Business Management or any related discipline or
• Must possess 3 years of work experience in eCommerce operation, at which, at least 1 year in supervisory level
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Ability to work at a detailed level while maintaining an overall project perspective
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team and independently
• Proven full cycle of digital project management experience in complex work environments
• Good knowledge of eCommerce, mobile, digital system integration etc
• Zendesk CRM & Shopify Marketplace working knowledge is strongly preferred
