Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise day to day activities in Customer Service,
- Ensure Digital team are achieving desired service levels and providing regular performance feedback
- Assess service level statistics and prepared detailed reports on finding
- Develop and update SOPs and work instructions as on-going basis
- Implement effective customer service procedures, policies and standards
- Enhance customer service experience of web-based consumers
- Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a daily basis; Must be present and deeply engaged within the department
- Keep accurate logs of department expenses and customer accommodations
Requirements
- Degree holder in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Business Management or any related discipline or
- Must possess 3 years of work experience in eCommerce operation, at which, at least 1 year in supervisory level
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Ability to work at a detailed level while maintaining an overall project perspective
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team and independently
- Proven full cycle of digital project management experience in complex work environments
- Good knowledge of eCommerce, mobile, digital system integration etc
- Zendesk CRM & Shopify Marketplace working knowledge is strongly preferred
