We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (6-Months Contract) to be focusing on our product marketing which includes new user acquisition, product launching and social media management. If you have experience in marketing strategy planning, a creative and energetic team player who has a true passion for start-ups, technology and fintech, we’d like to meet you! ! 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations.

• Monitor and responsible for all marketing communications and ad performance on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Website etc

• Execute various A/B testing on our marketing channels to optimize for the best winning strategy

• Generate innovative ideas to promote our products - both online and offline

• Explore new ideas and opportunities for all campaigns that build meaningful connections.

• Perform data and insights analysis to fully optimise for all digital platforms

• Participate in cross-functional projects as required and needed

• End-to-end cycle of growth

Ideal Candidates

• Bachelor degree holder or above in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related disciplines 

• Proven at least 3 years experience strategizing digital marketing and executing initiatives

• Experience in new product launch

• Experience in relevant fin-tech / financial industry is a plus 

• Passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable marketing plans

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization

• Relevant experience on one or more of the following tools is a plus: Socialbakers, Buffer, K-matrix, Crimson Hexagon and Facebook analytics 

• Strong ownership to autonomously drive marketing programs on her/his ownResponsible

• Excellent writing, editing, presentation skills

• Strong communications and typing skills; Cantonese and English
