Reporting to: CEO and Regional Finance Director

Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Planning

• Responsible for the month end financial accounting close, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, preparation of the management accounts and identification and explanation of P&L variances.
• Ensures compliance with tax, treasury, statutory, SOX audit and other legal obligations as necessary.
• Responsible for preparing annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts.
• Responds to ad hoc request for financial analysis from XM / JWT Regional Finance Team

Management Support

• Supports the management in managing growth of company. Liaises with Client Services team to ensure accurate and up to date revenue forecasting and client billing.
• Ensures compliance with SOX regulations in all aspects of the business operation.
• Assist Management in planning / managing internal resources and cost control.
• Review client profitability
• Assist management in fee costing / review.
• Build client rapport, including attend to client queries / requests when requested.
• Any other adhoc business requests.

Human Resource

• Support COO / Operation Director for office administration and HR matters.
• Set up and manage finance team. 

Experience & Competencies:

Competencies

• Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Accuracy and excellent eye for detail                .
• Computer Literate – proficient in Excel / Word / PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work within tight deadlines.
• Motivated and enthusiastic.
• Experience with SOX regulations and requirements.
• Hands-on with positive attitude

Required Experience

• Finance Manager in the same industry (advertising / marketing / digital) would have added advantage
• Tertiary Accounting / Finance qualification
