Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Client’s first port of call for daily updates, advice and knowledge
- To manage day-to-day activity on multiple accounts building excellent client, media and team relationships
- Delivery to deadlines, maintaining a close eye on quality and keeping the client fully up to date on activity. Joining a fast-paced team delivering high-impact services to its clients
- Monitor newspapers and magazines, particularly trade/specialist publications relevant to clients’ business
- Prepare and organize client meetings, press briefings, conferences and client events
- Keep abreast of current affairs, industry issues and trends and relate them to client situations and update account progress, activities and hurdles to team head
- Contribute to the development of a strategic plan for clients’ overall investor relations programs
- Handle press releases, conference calls, client events and webcasts etc under the supervision of senior team
- Maintain good records of all client meetings, events, etc
- Compile monthly report of client activities
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Language and Communications, Journalism, Translation or other related disciplines, Finance and Accounting would be PLUS
- 4-5 years agency or consulting experience or financial institution. Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Consultant
- Excellent written English and Chinese with good communication skill
- Able and willing to serve a versatile portfolio of clients
- Proven presentation and strategic planning capabilities
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Good working attitude with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
