Job Description:

• Provide administration support in Marketing Department
• Assist in tender preparation and contract management on business development
• Act as primary contact with clients and handle all aspects of account-servicing
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• HKDSE / Form 5 or above
• 1 year relevant experience in sales and marketing or account-servicing is preferred
• Effectively co-ordinate and communicate with internal departments and external clients on contract requirements
• Self-motivated, analytical and attentive to details
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is preferable
• Fresh graduate is also welcome
