Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense vaccines and drugs accurately and efficiently according to the prescriptions
• Conduct patient counselling by explaining dosage, precautions and side effects of medicine to patients
• Manage vaccine, drug and medical consumable inventories at an optimum level in clinic dispensary, maintaining safe and secure storage of drugs
• Handle various kind of vaccines and drugs properly and according to regulatory requirements
• Work with medical professionals from multi-disciplines to deliver the best customer services
• Maintaining full and accurate records of all dispensing transactions
• Assist in handling cash transactions and payment collection

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in dispensing or pharmaceutical dispensing
• With dispensing experience in clinics or private hospitals is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with basic computer skills
• Self-motivated, pleasant and punctual
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
