Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist service engineer to install, repair and perform quality control of company medical/pharmacy automation products
- Perform regular check on medical/pharmacy automation products
- Solicit end-users’ requirements on product usage
- Handle product end-users technical enquires to achieve customer satisfaction
- Field service is required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Biomedical / Mechanical Engineering / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Training will be provided
- Driving license (Class 1 & 2) is a definite advantage
- Knowledge in ISO standard is a definite advantage
- Mature with strong sense of responsibility
- Aggressive, strong desire to learn
- Good interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
- Immediate available is preferred
