Job Description

Purpose of Function

This function requires to manage over 200 vendors, vendor management database, balanced scorecards, MSA/NDA/T&C/SLA with legal, finance & compliance team and recruitment of new vendors for international & overseas local loop services. This function also works closely with all global sales team to close big bandwidth, RFPs & IRU deals.

 

Purpose of Role

The role targets to close the major deals with the highest contract value. completed vendor contracts (additional 30+ are still in the pipeline) and submitted proposal for RFPs. 

 

Key responsibilities

  • Managing around 200+ vendors including international carriers and local suppliers
  • Update vendor information database, e.g. company background, service profile, BPE, SLA and contact/escalation list for sharing with internal parties
  • Collect vendor performance ratings from different operation teams and compile vendor scorecards
  • Prepare vendor ranking tables and vendor performance report and share with internal parties for vendor selection purpose
  • Meeting with new and current vendors for enhancing service support, service improvement and commercial offers
  • Work with internal Legal & Regulatory, Procurement & Administration, Compliance team and other internal parties for review of legal documents with vendors including NDA, MSA, T&C and SLA etc.
  • Work with the sales teams from all regions who has customer requirements and RFPs for big capacity and propose solution options & pricing to help increasing winning chance
