Job Description
The Job
- Develop Broadband Internet / ICT applications and solutions
- Interface with internal parties / customers for service requirement and translate into technical design and solution
- Prepare project documents such as test plan, operation manual
- Provide technical support for launched services
- Carry out evaluation of new ICT / Internet technologies and systems, prepare report and recommendation
- Assist project leader in preparation of technical proposal, to develop proof-of-concept solution and to support service trial
The Person
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
- Min 3 years relevant working experience
- Solid experience in Java, J2EE, C/C++, XML under Linux/Unix/AIX and MS Windows
- Proficient in web (JBOSS / WebSphere /Tomcat), Client App and database (Oracle/MySQL) application development
- Knowledge in Android / iPhone App, Wi-Fi, video streaming technologies is a definite advantage
- Independent, able to work under pressure
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Application Developer
