You will:

• Prepare reports on website traffic, product sales performance (especially on Air product)
• Perform analysis and deliver actionable insights to facilitate strategy construction
• Evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Perform competitive intelligence tasks and see through the executive of improvement actions through liaison with other business units
• Construct and maintain dashboards to assist decision making
• Constantly review on data source to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Handle ad-hoc projects and initiatives when necessary

You should have / be:

• University graduate in disciplines related to statistics, such as Business/Economics/Social Sciences
• Interested in eCommerce, online retail and travel industry
• Proficiency in Excel is a must
• Hands-on experience in data query / manipulation with SQL and visualization tools like Power BI
• Experience in Google Analytics is preferred
• Proficiency in R / Python is a bonus
• Strong analytical skills, detail oriented
• Self motivated and able to work independently
• Good communications and presentation skills
