• Provide daily supports to end users, troubleshooting and perform Helpdesk function
• Responsible for daily server operations and network maintenance
• Responsible for network equipment configuration, maintenance and monitoring
• Hardware and software asset management
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

 
Requirements:

• Diploma or above in I.T., Computer Science or related discipline
• MCSE / MCP certification is highly preferred
• Good knowledge in PC and Mac, Microsoft products and LAN/WAN Networking
• at least 2 years related working experience
• Hardworking, responsible, and able to work independently
• Good communication skills in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
