Job Description

• Lead and develop best practices in respect to social, security and environmental compliance
• Liaise with internal and external auditors on audit schedules and ensure audits are performed in accordance   with Company’s requirements
• Perform announced, unannounced and shadow audits occasionally and as requested by Management
• Communicate audit results to Management, vendors and factories
• Work with vendors and factories on audits, remediation and corrective actions implementation
• Provide regular and ad hoc reports

 Job Requirements

• Minimum three to five years relevant experience in factory audits, social and security compliance in textile/garment
• Good knowledge of various social compliance programs (BSCI, SA 8000)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Good inter-personal, communication and presentation skills
• Must be able to travel
