Our Client is a well- known corporation in HK, they are looking for a seasoned HRIS Expert /Talent to join their HR Team and lead the HRIS Transformation Project go-live.

 Responsibilities

• In charge of the development and implementation cycle of Human Resources Information System from project planning, workflow study, vendor evaluation and sourcing, system requirements' collection and analysis, vendor management, data migration, UAT testing, user training, system maintenance & etc.
• Work with all HR functions to complete the data preparation, validation and testing, to ensure smooth operation in production and ensure the transformation goes smoothly
• Review ongoing performance of the deployed HR solutions and define necessary changes/enhancements to ensure KPIs & outcomes meet the people strategy and business needs
• Develop effective tools for HR analytics and management reporting 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines with at least 8 years of relevant experience
• Passionate and good understanding about HRIS implementation and its production operations
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, detailed oriented, self-motivated and a good team player and high accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of internal and external partners
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
