• Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
• Good command of wriitten and spoken English and Chinese
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office
• Familiar with maintenance, fit-out and reinstatement works, knowledge of A&A, builder's and E&M works
• The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the buildings repair and maintenance, handling clients’ enquiries and complaints, property/ facility engineering, and ad hoc duties assigned by the site manager
