職責
- 向潛在的和現有的顧客提供公司最新及準確的資訊
- 為顧客安排電話預約服務
- 收集顧客之意見及建議, 並解答顧客一般查詢
- 處理及跟進客戶投訴個案
- 致電現有顧客跟進療程的效果
要求
- 最少3-5年的相關工作經驗,有電話銷售或客戶服務經驗者優先
- 有相關美容行業或電話銷售經驗者優先
- 工作積極、能獨立處事、有禮及開朗
- 懂基本電腦操作及中英文打字
- 操流利廣東話,基本普通話和英語
- 經驗較少者可申請客戶服務主任
- 可即時上班者優先考慮
