Responsibilities:

• in charge of the daily operations of Customer Service Department
• monitor our technical team in daily maintenance & repair works performance 
• liaison with clients and internal parties on technical and operational issues
• diagnose equipment defects and report to the management 
• participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in business or engineering discipline or equivalent 
• Minimum 3 years' relevant of which solid experience in equipment maintenance and repair is necessary 
• Knowledge of electrical engineering/electronic is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing
• Detail-minded, well-organized, independent, excellent problem solving skills and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
