Jewelry Associate/Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Jewelry identification and quality inspection
• Follow up with the diamond requirements
• Sourcing
• Monitor and follow-up the store inventory, maintain inventory accuracy and system updating
• Closely work with product development team and sales team for product request and assortment; Build-up, maintain, evaluate the existing vendor portfolio and source new potential vendors for vendor pool;
• Familiar with jewelry knowledge, cooperate with the company to organize offline events such as appreciation meetings, and serve high-end VIP customers
• Maintain and expand the channels of jewelry suppliers, and maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure that jewelry supply, pricing, quality inspection, maintenance, payment or products transportation etc.
• Other duties as per assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Business Management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years or above experience of diamond purchase, grading and assortment
• Diploma in GIA or related certificate
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, detail-minded, sensitive to numerical data, high integrity, hardworking and excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Good command of both English and Mandarin (Mandarin is a must), immediate availability is preferred
• Can work under pressure
• Visit china factory occasionally
