Job Description
The successful candidate will work closely with our Department Head in order to retain existing contracts and generate new businesses for the company.
The role involves formulating business strategy, brand building, problem solving, tender bidding & control, costing analysis or any ad hoc projects assigned
Requirements:
- Degree Holders with 5 years solid experience in tender bidding and cost analysis, of which 2 years at managerial grade with direct report subordinates
- Excellent presentation, relationship management, and analytical skills
- Excellent organization skills and ability to meet tight timeline
- Experience in cleaning or property management industry is definitely an advantage
- Familiar with contemporary social media, online sales & e-commence
- Logical, initiative, detailed-mind, decisive, with good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager
