Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall planning, programming and project management of maintenance works
• Coordinate with project team, including clients and sub-contractors
• Supervise the technical team to carry out building maintenance works
• Undertake overall tendering and contract administration

Job Requirements:

• Holder of Diploma / Higher Diploma in Building Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in building construction and renovation projects
• Conversant with MS applications and AutoCAD
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, excellent problem solving skills and able to work independently

Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Project Officer
