Job Description
Responsibilities
- Delivery high quality of customer service in a professional manner
- Responsible for mailing to understand customers’ need and feedback
- Cooperate with teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
- Provide advice & guidance as well as expert information on the range of premium luxury products

Requirements:
- F.7 or F.6 (HKDSE)
- 1 year of professional experience in customer services (Welcome Fresh)
- Native Cantonese. Proficient in spoken English & Mandarin
- Great communication skills and customer service-oriented
