Job Details 職責:
- Provide quality customer services 提供良好顧客服務體驗
- Handle customers’ enquiries and advise on the suitable products/services in professional manner 處理顧客查詢及推介顧客選購適合的產品
- Support reception and cashier duties 支援登記處及收銀處職務
- Assist in maintaining medical lounge daily operation 協助醫療會所的日常運作
- Manage customers’ records 處理顧客記錄
- Assist in any ad-hoc assignments 協助臨時工作
Requirements 要求:
- Relevant working experience in hospitality or retail industry would be an advantage 具顧客服務或零售經驗者優先考慮
- Good command of Mandarin is highly preferred 能操良好普通話
- Honest, proactive and responsible 誠實、主動積極、有責任心
- Shift duty is required (No night shift) 需輪休 (沒有夜更)
