Job Descriptions:

• Respond to customer inquiries, provide program and product information
• Prepare quotation of IT solutions & services to potential customers
• Call down to customers for the case follow up
• Follow up the license renewal cases
• Conduct effective outbound / warm calls to the client before and after marketing activity 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 1-2 years inside sales / telesales / Sales admin. working experience
• Good communication skill
• Fluent in Chinese, high proficient in English. Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Excellent Customer Services skill with up-selling mind set
• Soft skill training will be provided
