Job Description:

• Provide administrative and operational support to senior management to ensure smooth running of hospital / clinic operation such as maintaining facilities and equipment, insurance administration, organizing meetings, translation, property leasing, tenancy and project administration;
• Provide secretarial and administrative services to management team;
• Assist in general clerical duties;
• Organize general affairs, staff activities, and other ad hoc projects;
• Establish and maintain filling system;
• Handle ad hoc project assigned by supervisor.
  
  

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above with 3 years relevant experience, preferably gained from the fields of retail industry;
• Good telephone manner, able to handle multi-tasks and work independently;
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Mature, well-organized, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility;
• Sense of urgency and priority, preferably used to dealing with expatriates;
• Able to work independently and work under pressure;
• Immediate availability preferred.
