Responsibilities:
● Responsible for the sales order processing and follow-up
● Coordinate and liaison with the clients and the designers on the design issue
● Assist artwork making and printing jobs to ensure all output meet the client's needs and follow-up on the job schedule
● Prepare the quotations and the effective sales & marketing tools
● Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:
● Diploma or above, with at least 2 year in project coordination or related experience
● Good written and spoken English & Mandarin
● Proficiency in PC Operations (MS Office and Chinese Word Processing)
● Knowledge in the gift & premium industry is an advantage
