Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, monitoring, operation and maintenance support on telecommunication services and products
- Handle customers' enquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain service ticketing and case log reporting, up-to-date IT hardware and software asset inventory on a regular basis
- Update customer regularly and ensure cases are resolved timely and with proper escalation
Requirements:
- Holder of Certificate in Telecommunications & Networking, Computer Science or any other related disciplines preferable
- 1 year or above experience in call center / helpdesk / Network Operation Centre (NOC)
- Hands-on experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting ICT solutions preferable
- Knowledge in router, firewall, switch preferable
- Good communication skills, strong teamwork and able to work under pressure
- Willing to take up day, night or overnight shift duty and work on weekends & public holidays
- Applicants with lesser experience / qualification will be considered as Technical Support Officer
