Responsibilities

• Handle various reports and monthly payment settlement
• Control delivery schedule with related parties
• Follow up shipment status
• Create sales notes
• Handle customers enquiries

Requirements

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management or logistics discipline is preferable
• At least 2 years relevant experience in supply chain/ logistics/customer support services
• Proficient in excel functions
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• Fluent in Putonghua is a plus
• Self-motivate with strong sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Knowledge in SAP system is an advantage
