Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse activities such as inventory control, stock replenishment, cycle count, stock take
- Facilitate daily inbound and outbound operations
- Handle customer enquires & complaints
- Manage operation in full compliance of SOP and achieve KPI
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- DSE graduates or above, Diploma or above in Logistic or related discipline is preferred
- 5 years working experience in warehouse operation, with at least 1 year experience in supervision position
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficient in computer application and MS Office (Excel & Word)
- Problem-solving, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
