Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- US company
- Distributor : food & beverages and FMCG brands for HK market
- We have our own warehouse and distribution center in Yuen Long
- Our products are sold in major supermarkets, F&B chain, convenience stores and retailers covering almost every corner of Hong Kong
- We are looking for SENIOR LOGISTICS MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Logistics Director
- Lead warehouse & logistics team
- Lead and motivate logistics and warehouse teams; ensure that all standard operating procedures, safety policies and company goals are integrated into daily work
- Achieve effective management between logistics and warehouses, in line with the company's strategic direction; actively carry out effective activities to improve work processes and efficiency
- Develop logistics plans, monitor transportation punctuality rates
- Optimize logistics transportation and storage costs to achieve departmental goals
- Ensure that the goods received, stored and issued are the same with system data, and the physical, inventory accuracy and material traceability are maintained at 100%
- Responsible for inventory summary and analysis list, slow-moving inventory, and organize relevant departments to review and identify improvement measures
- Ensure compliance with government and company regulations.
- Bachelor degree
- Studies in Logistics / Supply Chain management is a plus
- 10 years of experience in logistics and warehousing management, of which preferably over 2 years managerial level in F&B or FMCG for local market
- Familiar with international logistics policies and processes.
- Must be specialized in warehousing and transportation management.
- Strong leadership and management skill to lead a sizable logistics team
- 5 days work
- Office location : Yuen Long
- More solid experience will be considered as Logistics Asst General Manager
